TRX Training harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train, the TRX also allows you to easily adjust the level of difficulty for each exercise. It will build your strength/core and flexibility.
TAC Physique is a muscle conditioning based class that was created by 2 professional ballet dancers on how they train to stay in shape it is a full body workout with emphasis on your butt (it will be burning).
This is a yoga based class with a very unique flow of yoga/core/muscle/cardio/dance with physiotherapy to create a healthier body. We are the only club in Canada to offer this class!
What is AntiGravity Yoga?
AntiGravity Yoga is a fusion technique that combines exercises from yoga, pilates, calisthenics, dance and the aerial arts. The AntiGravity Hammock enables one to distribute their weight between the floor and the silk swing apparatus to create a complete workout.
What are the benefits of AntiGravity Yoga?

What's involved in an AntiGravity Yoga class?
This class carefully guides the student through basic, easy to follow progressions. The movement sequences gently lead to the successful accomplishment of inversions. This is a complete workout: burn calories while realigning the spine, and experience relief from the compression of gravity. The AntiGravity Yoga class also includes low impact cardio, strength, flexibility and agility exercises.
What is the AntiGravity Hammock?
The AntiGravity hammock is a structural silk fabric that can hold 1,000 pounds. Connected by 2 overhead points,the hammock acts as a swing or soft trapeze. The hammock is used to change one’s dynamic relationship to the ground, allowing the participant to better understand their body and its relationship to physics.
Why use a Hammock?
The hammock was originally created by gymnasts for the sake of exploring choreography in the air, and has been modified/enhanced to fit into a yoga based class format. It was discovered that working with this apparatus gives a great core and upper body workout, helping to sculpt abdominal muscles!
Who created the AntiGravity program?
Created by former world-class gymnastic athlete and Broadway Choreographer, Christopher Harrison created the hammock initially as a performance device. Christopher was a dancer on Broadway and starred in feature films before starting his Aerial Performance troupe. Since founding AntiGravity in 1990, he has produced/directed/choreographed his team in hundreds of high profile productions worldwide from the Olympics to the Academy Awards to the Obama Presidential Inauguration.
