Lose It! Weight Loss Fitness Challenge
How does it work?
Upload 2 photos and tell voters why you should be chosen as one of the final 12 to participate in a 12-week long weight loss fitness challenge. The challenge consists of training with a personal trainer twice per week together with a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.
When does the voting begin?
The London Free Press is accepting submissions up until midnight on Monday, August 23, 2010. Voting begins as soon as the last submission has been entered and will take place for 1 full week, ending Monday, August 30, 2010 at midnight..
Are there prizes in addition to the 12-week program?
Yes. The overall winner will be determined by the person who achieves the greatest weight loss and fitness level combined. This person will win a Lifetime Athletic Club Membership including 12 Personal Training Sessions valued at over $16,000!
