In order to accurately and effectively complete certain membership contracts we obtain information like your name, date of birth, address, email address (optional), employer, next of kin, driver’s license numbers, credit card numbers and banking information. We may also obtain a SIN or Health Card Number as secondary identification.

All personal information is locked in filing cabinets, or secured offices. Only persons who need to access this information for business purposes will be designated as key holders for the locked filing cabinets and offices. Electronic information is protected through the use of encryption and passwords. It is required that all passwords are changed regularly.

The Athletic Club will not share your information with any other organization or business unless an account becomes delinquent, in which case the outstanding amount will become collectible by a Licensed Collection Agency.
How is the National Do Not Call List (DNCL) followed?
The Athletic Club provides members and non-members the option of exercising their right to consent to contact by way of telephone and email. As registrants with the National DNCL operator, The Athletic Club follows strict guidelines to ensure that certain procedures and measures are taken to protect those who subscribe to this list.
